Researcher Qualifications
Researchers at the Sala Traju Association are divided into two levels: Senior Research Fellow (Level 1) and Junior Research Fellow (Level 2).
Both levels of researchers must have the following qualifications:
1. Senior Research Fellow (Level 1)
- Must have a master's degree or equivalent with skills align with the objectives and mission of the association
- have written and published research articles
- have at least two years of research experience
2. Junior Research Fellow (Level 2):
- Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with skills that with the objectives and mission of the association
- have published written research articles
- have at least one year of research experience
Required documents
Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, with skills that with the objectives and mission of the association, have published written research articles, and have at least one year of research experience. Required documents: Candidates who wish to apply to be a researcher at the Sala Traju Association must send the following documents to the Sala Traju Association via email: [email protected] or to the Sala Traju Association Office, Building #36, 11th Floor, Street 169, Sangkat Veal Vong, Khan 7 Makara, Phnom Penh:
- Application form: One copy
- Cover letter: One copy
- Curriculum Vitae: One copy
- Copy of bachelor's or master's degree or certificate of completion and other relevant certificates: One copy

Roles and responsibilities of the researcher:
- 1. Produce books and research articles
- 2. Participate in training courses for internship programs (Guest speakers, Mentors, and Evaluation Committees)
- 3. Participate as a guest speaker in workshops, public lectures, and webinars
- 4. Participate as a guest speaker or moderator in legal dialogues (Legal Talk)
- 5. Participate as a guest speaker, moderator, or legal content provider in the program Pinis Pinos PiChbab
- 6. Participate as a guest speaker or moderator in the project "Audiovisual Library: video + Podcast"

1. Producing books and research articles (Legal Bulletin)
All researchers are encouraged to participate in writing research articles, Aide Memoire in writing books, compiling legal articles, producing other legal research works, andproviding legal articles for the Law Bulletin of the Sala Traju Association.

2. Training Internships
All researchers are encouraged to actively share both theoretical and practical experiences in the internship program of the association. Researchers can participate as guest speakers, internship supervisors, and evaluation committees.

3. Participate in discussions through Traju Legal Coffee
4. Participate in interviews through the Traju Podcast program
All researchers are encouraged to participate in a program designed to produce audio interviews on various legal topics with distinguished experts to stimulate discussion and interpretation on international and national law in a short, concise, and beneficial.

5. Participate as a guest speaker in public lectures and WEBINAR
All researchers are encouraged to participate as a guest speaker for
- Public Lectures
- Seminars/Annual Seminar
- Webinar (Collaboration between Sala Traju and NUM – iLLB Programme and many other public and private institutions)
6. Participate in Legal Dialogue
All researchers are encouraged to participate as speakers or facilitators in Legal Dialogue.
Legal Dialogue is a legal education and dissemination program by speakers with expertise and experience to explain new legal issues that arise in society.
The dialogue can last for 10 minutes and can be broadcast in short episodes.
Tagged Audience: Law students, researchers, and related professionals.
7. Participate in the project Pinis Pinos PiChbab
All researchers are encouraged to participate as speakers, facilitators, or content writers.
The project Pinis Pinos PiChbab is an educational and advocacy program for the lawusing simple language to explain topics related to daily life. The videos can be short and easy to understand.

8. “Legal Video Lessons” Project
- Partaking in implementing the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports’ policy to improve the quality of higher education studies and research
- Promote and enhance the dissemination of the law
- Promote more legal studies and research in Cambodia through online learning programs, especially in the context of COVID-19
